Mickael Azoulay - Owner

Having moved to the United States in 1994, Mickael later ended up in the Bay Area to finish his degree in finance.  While in school, he decided to test the business plan he had created for his coursework that detailed the launch of a crepe shop.  Crepe Express on Haight was born in 1998 even before he graduated.

After six successful years, Mickael was contemplating how to expand the business when he decided to go into another direction.  With this change, Chouquet's was born as a neighborhood bistro where Pacific Heights locals and visitors alike can come and enjoy some of his favorite foods from home.
